I really didn't enjoy my stay at this hostel, because it's NOT a hostel by now. It was closed, but forntunately, they let us stay for a night in a lonely and frozen room. They didn't accept our money because they were not allowed to. So we have to thank them. I would like to know, when is HostelWorld going to refund me the money of the prepaid book.
