The staff are a credit to themselves at Farr Cottage Lodge, and made myself and my friend feel very welcome in their company throughout our stay. The facilities are excellent and I'd thoroughly recommend their Hostel to anyone who wishes to travel to the area in future.

Lodge is great - onsite bar, so no personal alcohol, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Wireless internet would not work, but que sera. Security was pretty bad - no locks on doors, outer or inner, but then again, you're almost in the middle of nowhere, so where the thief is going to come from and where they are going to go is a mystery.
