Regina Apartments*** is a small beach tourist apartments, located in the middle of the historical center of Albufeira, a few minutes walk to the Albufeiras main beach (Peneco's Beach). Its prime location allows our clients to be near the cafes, live-music bars and discos which make Albufeira the entertainment capital of Algarve.
It is a pleasant tourist unit, and it has 30 T0 (2/3 pax) and T1 (4pax) apartments, and one Suite Family Apartment for 5/6 pax with a beautiful terrace overlooking the old town.
All apartments are very well-equipped with their own private bathroom with bathtub, air-conditioning, telephone, safety box and TV, as well as, a small kitchenette. They have also other electrical appliances (iron, microwave, electrical kettle, hairdryer, toaster, etc).
Regina Apartments *** offers a private car park with video surveillance system for safety of clients and their assets, illuminated 24 hours a day.
A terrace that provides a magnificent view over the old town and it also has a small family swimming pool that is safe for children, as well as a natural solarium with sun lounges.
The building was fully refurbished about two years ago, with particular attention to soundproofing and air conditioning, in order to guarantee a relaxing holyday to our clients.

There is also a common room with a television and a magnificent terrace with a view over the town.

Beach:
There are 22 beaches in the council of Albufeira.
Its south-facing coast is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, but is greatly influenced by the warm waters of the Mediterranean, making Albufeira�s beaches one of the best in Europe.

Why not enjoy the water sports we have to offer: sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, or for those less radical a boat trip along the coast.

Reception Schedule:
The reception has a scedule in the winter/medium season (from October until May) 12h - 20h. In the high season (from June to September) the reception is open between the 8h - 24h

Confirmation and Deposit
To confirm and guarantee your booking is necessary a deposit of the amount of the first night from October to May and 50% of the reservation from June to September.
The rest will be paid directly at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
- 15 days before arrival � There is no cancellation expenses and we refund the deposit.
- 10 to 15 days before arrival - 50% of the total reservation.
- 05 to 10 days before arrival - 75% of the total reservation.
- Less than 05 days before arrival - 100% of the total reservation.
