Situated at Maristella in the bay of Porto Conte,at 12 Km from Alghero, in geographical context very comfortable with the beach just 300 meters and the most beautiful beaches of the Coral Coast, as 'The Lazzaretto' or 'Le Bombarde' on one side and 'Mugoni' second, located approximately 2 miles.
The apartment is a worktop of a terraced house. It 'consists of a double room complete with a sofa bed which can be either double or twin beds, a bathroom, a kitchen with another sofa bed located in another identical room and a small laundry. Its capacity is therefore receptive for up to 6 people. All'esterco there is a garden equipped with barbecue table and chairs.
The apartment has a television, washing machine, ADSL internet access, washing machine, cooking utensils and linen.
The house has three bedrooms, two bedrooms and where one of the two is a sofa that becomes a single bed and another bedroom with a bridge with three beds. Two bathrooms with shower room and kitchenette. Outside is a garden with hot water shower, barbecue and table with umbrella. Reserved parking outside the gate.
