This hostel is a large home with two common rooms, fireplace, large front porch, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, clean showers, dorms for men and women, and bike storage. The hostel has ten rooms that accommodate a maximum of 45 travelers. Each dorm room has 4-8 bunk beds. Our family room has one double bed, 2 bunk beds and a private bath.
The Hostel is open for registration and check-in from:
5:00 PM - 9:00 PM April-May
5:00 PM - 10:00 PM June-September
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM October-March
Once registered, guests are given after-hour access to the hostel. The kitchen is available between 6 am and 10 pm. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am.
Wifi, and the availability of a guest computer, is included with your stay.
We have a kitchen complete with dishes, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerators. We have space available for your food in cupboards as well.
Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are not allowed on the property.
Quiet hours are from 11PM-7AM

A nice calm place to stay very close to the heart of Ashland. Staff was friendly, people we met were nice. Not a party place. Not a lot of organized activities, if you are looking for that, but very nice. Limited on-site parking, but plenty of nearby street parking. Shared women\'s showers were a little awkward if you are body timid (since the bathroom is smallish, and the showers are single stall), but I was travelling with a couple of teen girls who might be a little more sensitive than most. Super friendly staff, super clean place, very homey, great vibe. Just a few minutes walk, you see lots of restaurants, cafes and other typical tourist stores. This place definitely exceeded my expectation. Highly recommended. I don\'t write it to fool you. One of my best hostel.
