Cabinas Algebra is located 1,5 km north of the Centre of Cahuita, 100m to Long Beach and 400m to Black Beach.
We offer 2 spacious cabins, comfortable for 2 to 6 people, each one equipped with kitchen, shower (hot water) and bathroom, also one double room with private bathroom.
Suitable also for groups and families with children.

The Cabinas Algebra are located in a quiet tropical garden behind the restaurant, close to the beach.
Our Restaurant Bananas is open daily for breakfast, snacks, sandwiches, fresh salads and local Caribbean kitchen.
Besides fish, chicken and meat dishes you will discover a variety of tropical vegetables and exotic fruits. We would be pleased to show you how to prepare the delicious coconut sauce and the traditional way to cook rice and beans.

Hiking, swimming, snorkeling, horseback riding, fishing, bird watching, wildlife…..
The Caribbean coast, the National Park Cahuita, Manzanillo and the Talamancaregion offers something for everybody's preference.
You can get all tour information from us, including all of Costa Rica. Your reservations for hotels, buses and tickets also can be handled by us.

The room was so dirty we had to leave and find another hostel. The owners were very nice but it seemed like the place had really fallen into disrepair. Also, we were supposed to have a room with hot water and a kitchen but did not. Erin, from Canada ~ 4th Jan 2013

Andrea & Alfred are very nice. Good value for price, you get your own cabin (with a fully stocked kitchen) for the same price as other places. The facilities are not the greatest (really dark rooms and shower water that comes from a rain barrel so if there is no rain, you have no water). Location is poor, close to the beach but far from town and right in the forest so no breeze at all. If you are planning on renting a bicycle the whole time it's not so bad.
