Ciao Hostel is housed in a newly renovated building spanning
5 floors of an historical city center building. Each floor contains
an independently accessed apartment, furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen and living room style meeting area, offering the comforts
of home at the cost of hostel accommodation.
All rooms have satellite t.v and a free WI-FI connection is availbale for each single occupant.
Reception hours: 9am - 10PM
Local tax 1� per person per night (not included)

Located very near the train station. A bit of a walk to the city center, but I liked where we were- a more mellow area with some great coffee shops to stop by in the morning on your way to museums and attractions. The room was like a hotel, and very clean and looked nice. Bedding and towels were clean, the room was large, and the beds were so comfy! There were two bathrooms on our floor, and they were set up as individual use, rather than a locker room or dorm set-up. Good experience overall. Hannah, from USA ~ 16th May 2013

It was 10 mins walking from Florence SMN train station. The neighborhood is quite and convenient because there are two supermarkets around. Every floor has its own key, and of course the room. I think it is very secure. The show place and kitchen is clean. Good place to stay. Ko, from Taiwan ~ 6th Jan 2013
