We have dorms and private rooms. Swimming pool, bar. Free Lockers,internet& Wifi. We also have free calls to the US for our quests.
Builded in 2005, Chal Tun Ha Hostel offer a diversity of accommodations bungalow type. Each on elevated floorboards with well-ventilated canvas roofs, and full screens . You can enjoy peaceful relaxation on your private sheltered porch, while viewing the undisturbed tropical forest. Comfortable beds with clean linens, pillows, towels and blankets will assure a good night's rest after a fun-filled adventurous day.
While staying with us you can enjoy a nice cold Gallo ( the local beer) and so many
different cocktails, smoothies and genuine local in the company of a nice collection of concerts or listening our well selected music played all the day long. Movies are also available and normally we play one each night. Or just relax on a hammock and jump on our refreshing pool.
We are open for guest check-in 15:00 daily, throughout the year

Cancellation policy 2 days, late cancellations and no shows will be charged teh amount of the first night
Breakfast not included
Only Cash acecpted as payment on arrival
Groups have free shuttle pickup and drop off to bus satiation and airport.

I am afraid that you will choose to stay elsewhere because you are wary of taking a boat to Chaltunha hostel. Let me use this review to address these concerns. First, make a reservation. Second, email Mr. Neil to make arrangements for him to pick you up. He understands that you need a boat to get across and he is more than happy to bring you to his hostel. He will also bring you back as early as necessary to make your flight out of Flores when you leave. Communicate your needs and he will help! Erik, from USA ~ 11th May 2013

Great location.I enjoyed that is was not on the island of Flores and the boats were extremely cheap to cross.The owner was extremely friendly with good, reasonably priced food to offer.The only thing I missed was a common kitchen to make coffee/tea, toast, etc. Catherine, from USA ~ 2nd Jan 2013
