The staff here were very well intentioned, but we had a few problems.The wifi didn\'t work on our floor, so we only had a weak signal that worked sporadically.Our safe didn\'t work because précis guests had changed the code but not left the code for the staff on checkout, so the staff couldn\'t open the safe.The English language ability of all staff was poor, so we had difficulty communicating our needs.That said, the place is clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was very nice.
