Welcome to May De Ville Backpackers - a hostel with all the furnishings of a five star hotel.
Run by westerners, this is your home away from home in Hanoi.
Built in 2011, right in the heart of Hanois Old Quarter, its the perfect base for you to explore this exciting city.
The spacious six bed dorms are clean, comfortable and air conditioned with en suite bathrooms as standard.
We also have very reasonably priced private double, twin or family rooms. All of them are attractively furnished and come with added touches of luxury including big and comfortable beds, LCD televisions and a personal laptop.
A free buffet breakfast is served every morning, and includes a wide selection of pastries, fruit, cold and hot meats, and eggs cooked any style.
Free WiFi on every floor and computers in the lobby to keep you connected with friends and family.
DoNot fancy another night on the town? Staying in at the May De Ville Backpackers is just as fun, with a huge American pool table, darts' board and cinema at your disposal.
Stay safe too, with a 24 hour security guard, as well as security cameras and electronic key access to all the rooms. For your valuables there is a safe in each room, while the dorms have secure lockers.
In every sense youwill get a good nights sleep at the May De Ville Backpackers Hostel.

Showers were a little mouldy for a place that is relatively new, but it was ok. Staff was generally nice and gave good advice, although when I tried to elicit the help of the front desk in finding someone to share a cab to the airport with me, the guy said he know of no one leaving around the same time as I was. A few hours later, I overheard that someone would be leaving about 15 minutes before me! It's not about money and more about honesty and about reducing carbon footprints as business.
