At the Rochester, we provide our guests with an 'at home' experience. Gotta have Wi-Fi and cable TV? It's free! Start every morning right with our complimentary breakfast. We also have a washer and dryer for your convenient and free use. Don't forget about our friendly and helpful staff.
The Rochester is conveniently located near several Los Angeles attractions (IE: County Museum of Art, Museum of Contemporary Art, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Kodak Theatre, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, the Capitol Records Building, The Grove mall (where celebrities are often spotted), LACMA, Beverly Center, the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, Tour Buses, Shops, and Dining).
Our homes are fully furnished, Utilities and monthly groceries are on us. We provide your Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - so there isn't a need to eat out unless you want to. With us you will return home with more money in your pocket. We want you to enjoy your time in California - rather than return home crying about how much money you've spent. Sorry, no drugs or alcohol, no overnight guests, no animals allowed inside the house, no children under the age of 17 (unless they are auditioning for an act in Hollywood).
There are no curfews, but please be respectful of the others that are sleeping.
For $50 we have Staff Members that will pick you up from LAX Airport.
Please note: Check In Time: 2-7PM Guests MUST make prior arrangements for all arrivals past 7PM, and there is a late check-in fee. Check Out Time: 11AM Payment due at check-in by cash or credit (all credit transactions have a 3% tax) Cancellation policy 24h advance notice.
