We arrived on Friday 16th november from México. On Saturday someone entered to our room, reviewed our lagguage and used the bathroom and leaved dirty on it. We commented the problem and nobody did anything about it, or offer an apology, anything.Next monday when we were leaving the hotel we made a reservation for the shuttle that the service didn´t took correctly. Alan, I imagine is the concierge helped us to catch another ride on time, but we were about to loose our flight. Mayra, from Mexico ~ 26th Nov 2012
