Samuel's Guesthouse in Palma de Mallorca, Hiszpania

The building: A spacious, bright apartment in a fully modernized 1930's Rationalist style building, with elevator, located on a main avenue, in the very center of Palma's commercial and economic center, just 2 minutes from the main square (Plaza España).

The area: There are over 20 restaurants in the immediate area, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacconists, book-shops and bars.

The apartment: The apartment was fully refurbished in 2008 to a luxury standard, with a fully fitted independent kitchen-dining room, 2 full bathrooms and a terrace. Parquet flooring, central heating, sound-proofing double glazing windows and pre-treated hot and cold fully safe drinking water throughout.

The rooms: The rooms are for 2 , 3, 4, 5 or 6 people and all have space for clothes, large windows or glass balcony doors (both street-facing). TV, WiFi, Towels and sheets are included.

Each room is rented separately, if you wish you may access the kitchen.

Getting around: Unbeatable connections via public transport to the rest of the city and the whole island. The Port � Center � Airport bus line stops directly opposite the building.

The train, bus and metro station is just 2 minutes walk away, in Plaza España.

Arrival and departure time: You may arrive any time from 9:00 to 23:00, but you must tell us when you will arrive, also you must tell us your flight number so we can see if you are late (see 'THINGS TO NOTE' section). Rooms will be given from 12:00 onwards, no earlier.

You must depart the apartment before 11:00 on the day you are leaving. We ask people to have showered and had breakfast before 11:00 so we can clean and make up the rooms for the next guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1.- You MUST give us your flight number and arrival time.
2.- For arrival times after 23:00 there will be a 10 euro charge.
3.- If you arrive one hour later than you said you would (unless your flight is delayed), we will charge you 10 euros extra. After two hours we will cancel your booking completely and assign your room to other people.

4.- A deposit must be left. 25 euros per person. You can pay it in cash, returned via transfer or PayPal, or you can pay by Visa, which will be refunded when you leave. Deposit will only be refunded if nothing has been broken or lost.

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- No noise after 23:00 (this is a residential building

and there are neighbours, this rule is strictly

enforced).
- No use of the kitchen and terrace after 23:00.
- It is forbidden to throw things out of the windows or off the terrace.
- Municipal law in Palma does not permit things

(clothes, towels, etc.) to be hung from the windows.

There is a clothes line on the terrace.
- The kitchen and common areas MUST be kept clean.

There is no excuse for not keeping them clean and tidy. Please make life easier for everyone and respect this!
- Please do not waste water or electricity. We live on an island and water is a precious comodity.
