Sunway Housestay in Petaling Jaya, Malezja

Sunway Housestay offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with cold and hot water showers. Sleeps 13 persons comfortably with bed (can add 7 more mattresses to make it 20 pax capacity); ceiling fan (5 units) and air-conditioners (8 units) in all rooms; washing machine; refrigerators (2 units); full porch canopy for functions and events. BBQ and steamboat can be arranged alongside with buffet dinner.

Ground Floor Lounge has sofa with 1 + 3 + 3; satellite TV (ASTRO); Panasonic Home Theater System; dining table with 6 chairs; beverage bar and glasses; and kitchenette.

Kitchen has light cooking facilities including 2 units of refrigerators, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster, twin gas cooker, plates, pots, mugs and cutleries.

Housestay is located in a short walking distance to Sunway Pyramid where you can do all your shopping there. You can also walk to Sunway Lagoon Water Theme Park (Asia's best Attraction) to have a great day splashing in the man made beach water theme park.

Sunway Metro is also in a walking distance where you can find all the business transactions, banks, restaurants and utilities.

We are also close to Sunway Medical Centre, Sunway University, Sunway College and Monash University.



Additional sleeping arrangement is charged at RM50 per pax pernight. This includes a mattress, a comforter and a pillow. We do not accept credit card, so please pay in cash at time or collecting the keys. We also collect a security deposit of RM500 against damages, breakages, missing and lost items in the housestay.
