- Under-age people must bring an authorization signed by one of the parents and the copy of the document of the same parent who signed the authorization.
- Guests from extra european countries must carry a passport or a copy of it to be checked in
Cancellation policy:
We have a 72 hours prior arrival date cancellation policy, cancellation or change in a booking havee to be done via mail or fax.
If you do not give us 72 hours notice (72 hours before 0:00 of the same day of your arrival) of your 'no show' by e-mail, we must charge your card. The amount charged will be your first night's accommodation.
Phone cancellations won't be accepted.
Please note that payment will be in upon arrival.

I stayed here during the month of July and the room was so incredibly hot. I would wake up in the middle of the night soaking wet from my own sweat and would have to take a cold shower just to cool down. It was like sleeping in a sauna. Don\'t believe them when they have A/C... It\'s not true. It was very uncomfortable to sleep here and I would not suggest it to anyone else Michelle, from USA ~ 24th Jul 2012
