today. Much of the old architecture and character of old Salvador de Bahia
has been restored in the oldest part of the city ? Pelourinho, and Hostel Sao
Jorge is located in the heart of Pelourinho.

collection of Baroque Colonial architecture in Latin America and has been
declared a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE. And Sao Jorge Hostel is
fortunate to be located in this area with its many cathedrals, palaces and
Museums. We are minutes away from numerous sandy beaches and cruises
to scenic and historic islands.

Experience Salvador of the past with its many free public demonstrations of
drums Bands, Capoeira and local music. Hostel Sao Jorge is surrounded by
scores of fine sidewalk cafes and several Capoeira academies.

Our goal is to be the best budget hostel in Pelourinho, Salvador , catering to
