The house also rents 4 double rooms with a bedroom, bathroom, fridge, air-conditioning and TV: There is NO kitchen in the double rooms

Next to the house there is a huge sunbathing terrace with swimming pool, grill and garden furniture. The house owns its own closed parking lot for many cars.

Apartments consist of living/dining area, bathroom with shower/bath, and fully equipped kitchen with fridge (and freezer), microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, and more. Air-conditioning is wall cooling - min. 24 degrees.
