Need proper arrangement and , when our group were asked to move out to other rooms (even after we paid for the rooms) just because they mistakenly made double booking from other customer. It was so frustrated our group need to pack and move out for one day to another substandard room for a day before move in back. They need to improve on this matter. Tokyo Hostel was easy to find if you followed the directions to the letter from their website. The hostel was fairly clean and organized, with a friendly reception and extremely helpful staff. Unfortunately, the rooms did not have safes to store important documents and personal items, and the bunk beds were rather low, some practically on the floor (but the sheets were clean and the mattresses comfy).
