We try to keep clean/clear most of our life and in our hostel.

We try to consume products for food, which are grown and prepared at home or taken from people who have a connection with Mother Earth and therefore due regard to human, spiritual, vegetable and animal.

We prefer to bake our bread, either using the machine with conventional yeast or having it hand-made using sourdough and spring water.

We prefer to make our yoghurt with real milk.

We also make our own jam with home-grown fruits (or we pick wild ones).

Here you can drink real tea and homemade rakiya (brandy) and wine. Most of the time we drink natural spring water - we bring it with our hands.

Often we invite guests to join us to help in the gardening, or to visit the mountains or the Black Sea, concerts and festivals, sightseeing and swims in the river deep.

We’re always ready to assist, providing useful information to guests such as transport timetables, where you can hitchhike, what strange places to visit or where to stay with our friends on your way ahead.

Here in our community we are experiencing a life with natural food and water, a traditional way of preparing the food, sharing the experience of a sustainable way of life connected with the nature. An open heart is the way to freedom.
