This is a comfortable, clean, safe, and charming house located in the NE. section of Washington DC. One block from Red line at the Brookland metro station. 15 minutes from Dupont circle and the heart of DC. by metro. Walking distance to Catholic Univ. Trinity College, Washington hospital ctr. Franciscan Monastery, Childrens Hospital.
Many resturants, drug stores and other services can be found within two blocks.

Please note: Check in is at 4.00pm, you may drop your luggage off earlier than that if needed. We will make special arrangements to check in after 9PM by email or phone but after 11:00PM we will need to charge a $20.00 late check in fee to pay staff to stay up/over.

For those that spent their 20's traveling and sleeping in hostels and are now wanting to help your kids catch the travel bug, this is a GREAT place to start.It was my 9 year old daughter's first real experience.She was a bit nervous, but ended up loving it, especially meeting others at breakfast.She even liked the bed better than in the very expensive hotel we had just come from.She loved that I could relax on the couch while she slept.She is now a pro at using the Metro.
