I had one negative experience at the hostel. I had asked for a wake up call (phone stolen) as I was travelling on the 0545 bus. The male on that shift (morning 29th July) did not do it. He was not at all apologetic and basically blamed me for not being able to wake myself up. This is a service they offer and I found him very arrogant and unsympathetic when he was the one who had not done his job. All the other staff there were very pleasant and helpful, had 2 previous wake up calls! Money lost! Christine, from Australia ~ 1st Aug 2012
