The dishwascher is a problem; people put dirty dishes next to clean ones. The clean dishes are not taken out of the dishwascher. I suggest take the dischwascher out! let people wash their dishes by hand. I do not think that my room was cleaned during my stay; the garbage bin was filled up. In the kitschen the garbage is also a problem; the bin is to small ( always overloded) The showers; those next to the waschmachine give very little water.

Sometimes it happens that people misundertand the sign at the dishwasher, but in general it works well. Staff is taking out everything twice a day. We normally don't clean the rooms during the stay, but at least cleaning is free when you check out :-)

Hostel is super clean. I've been around to many hostels and this was one of the best. While hostel was great, it wasn't too fun. You've got to find things to do outside of hostel. Not a great meeting place for people or a place to hang out. Also, showers are in basement and if you are on top floor it's a bit of a walk. Bathrooms on every floor though. close to a metro station and they have free wifi. I'd def. stay there again. Steven, from USA ~ 19th Jul 2009
