good budget accommodation so dont expect much - quite far away from downtown, journey takes from 10 - 20 min. by public transport

It's far away from the old town and you have to walk through a waste lot. I don't recommend girls to live there, since it is not so safe to walk at nights.
hello We are sorry to hear that you did not like our Hostel in description on our site we have notes about the condition our property,the keep the price low we have to keep cost down. Write bad comment is easy ! We have hundreds of happy costumers that like the fact the price is the lowest in Prague.

When we arrived we were told we couldnt actually stay in the 3-bed dorm we had booked but had to stay in a 5-bed dorm which had 3 people permanently living there, this was all sorted out with very limited english. Hostel has no communal area, has a small kitchen but no cooking utensils of any sort and no lockers. There is also no smoke free areas with people smoking in your room. Great if you want a bit of a cultural experience and live with Czech and Slovak families... however not well equippe
Hello In description of our hostel is all about location and the look of our hostel. Our hostel is brand new and YES there is still work going on on some rooms to improve the hostel. Don't book our hostel if you not ok with the description of our hostel we are the chepest in town thats why we can have good prices for you guys. We are very sorry for your problems but we have all in description on Hostelworld.com,there is a map and there is a pictures. We are located 2 min by walk from SUBWAY and then its 15 min to downown. thank you management ABEX HOSTEL

it was under construction we didnt get the room we expected it was a little dirty not near the center of praga at all and when the staff was present they were kind of mean

I would not recommend this hostel, unless U R really short on money and super desperate. The location is TERRIBLE and far from everything.
