The girl who helped us at reception was very nice and kind! She know very much about the sights and her english is really great! One thing: if you want to visit Troy from Canakkale, you should know that the 1st bus goes at 9.30. The timetable for these dolmus is on the bus stop that is under the bridge. Very noisy location and difficult to find doorway for some reason but is very close to buses and ferry. No kitchen access as they have a girl who will make you breakfast for a cost. Rooms were clean, bathrooms are OK if you don't mind co-Ed...only one of three showers had a working shower head, and it was dark and musty. All and all, a pretty good value. One issue that should not have had to be dealt with is construction during sleeping hours. Tile cutting, etc are not conducive to sleep. Brenda, from USA ~ 19th May 2011

Very nice hostel right next to the ferry/bus stop. The staff was helpful (though rather reserved compared to smaller places I have stayed), and arranged trips for visitors. The guesthouse is located perfectly in the center next to the ocean. The rooms are tiny, but mine was clean and nice, ask for those at the streetside.
