This is definitely a good hostel to stay in, well located in between Chelsea and South Kensington the rooms are clean and we can sleep very well in them. The bathrooms are OK apart the fact you have to put toilet paper in a garbage. Breakfasts are OK and you can do your cooking for lunch and dinner without any problems. Rooms are locked and you have a locker to put precious items in.
4 mins to the Gloucester Road Tube Station.

My daughter and I left our belongings out and noone bothered them. Our bedroom window was next to the 1st floor bathroom and we could hear A LOT!
the staff was nice, people were friendly, and although it is far away from the touristy areas, they are accessible by walking and taking the tube.
I would suggest work be done on the bathrooms -- that is the only issue.

This place was foul. It was so dirty and run down do not stay here. Palmers Lodge had much better acomodations in London.

A lot of stairs to climb to get to rooms. I had 12 people, 6 people were 21 and under, 6 people were over age 40. Didn't care for kitchen & washing dishes.

Un bon séjour de 5 jours, aucun soucis concernant l'hôtel. Pour les douches chaudes, il faut se lever tôt ou se coucher tard. Pas de nuisances sonores, un excellent cadre. Il faut dire que l'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier relativement chic... En gros sympa sauf si on veut faire la fête, car on est à une heure du centre à pied, 15 mn en métro à peine.

The building is in a good part of town near lots of small hotels and a large Holiday Inn complex. The place looks nice on the outside, but the inside could use a little paint/cleaning. The bathroom on the first floor is terrible -- there is not a functional shower door and everything you can imagine gets wet.
The staff was the saving grace, in my opinion -- when I got there they didn't have a key to my room. I had to leave and come back for the key later. Even though it was a major hassle, the
