Hostel had great character being set in an old building. I actually stayed in the double bed apartment with private toilet. Security was good with two locked doors and the apartment was set back from the main road via a courtyard. Location was 5-10 min walk to the main square in Krakow which was ideal. Staff were friendly enough but everything was very rushed and I would not have known how to get hold of staff if I had any problems as I never saw any. Cleanliness was not great. The floor was ver
