Arts Factory Lodge in Lisbon, Australia

It was quite cold and wet in the bedrooms. The bathrooms were not very convenient. It might be better for summer, I presume. I didn't like that they refuse to give me a lift back to the bus station, so I had to walk with my heavy bags. Otherwise, the staff was ok, especially the animator Paul and the talent contest, which is a good idea.

Hey Emilie, thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Unfortunately August is the middle of winter here in Byron Bay therefore can be a little cold especially at night. As for the bathrooms we are currently having the bathrooms on the lower level renovated as we are trying to become an eco hostel, we are having water saving fixtures and fittings added. However this should not have affected you as they newly renovated bathrooms are on the upper level right next to the dorm rooms ? Our apologies that we were unable to give you a ride to the bus station, I'm glad you enjoyed Cockatoo Paul and the amazing talent show. Enjoy the rest of your travels :0)
