it must be top 1 backpacker since I working holidays in Aus!!! I've stayed in Aus more than one year by the way~ The staff are so nice even I booked on internet for the wrong dates, they corrected it for me so friendly. Although the hostel looked clean, there was a lingering smell and the bedding (in particular the pillows) smelled and felt greasy despite being changed regularly. The rooms are very spacious and kitchen is fairly well equipped. There are plenty of bathrooms, and good laundry facilities. Clare, from England ~ 22nd Jun 2011

Id a great time here, well still am enjoying it havent left yet its to handy the people are lovely and dhostel is amazing:) its clean the rooms are huge with air-con and a pool for 22 dollars its a bargin! An everthing you need is on your doorstep:) Lyndsey, from Ireland ~ 16th Mar 2011

I've stayed at beatty lodge for 2 nights. I was totally satisfied with staying there except for one thing that I couldn't sleep well because of no airconditional system in that building. But very clean bathroom and toilet, frendly staff. Eun Rae, from South Korea ~ 17th Feb 2011
