The B&B is very close to the train station. They keep the place very clean. there is a/c on the common areas. the price is good for what you get. In the room there is only a fan. the only inconvinient would be that there are specific time to check in, so if you are backpacking you have to plan according to the check in time. its about a 15 minute walk to the city center. Really not worth the money. The people running the b&b seem to do the least that they have to. Not very willing to help. Also line for the shared bathroom was hell. Breakfast bad, not fresh bread even. You get free towels but clearly their not washed since mine not only smelled bad but had lipstick on it and hair. Fan and shades in room were broken. In B&B a Bologna we felt like home! It's a nice one floor flat with a unique character, clean and cosy, convenient if you are travelling with train since it's very close to the train station. I would definetly recommend it! Elli, from Cyprus ~ 26th Jul 2011

The hostel is near the train station and a 20 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. There is nothing too flashy about the place. It is simply a good, clean place to stay. The place was nice and quaint, though I was sadly mistaken when I expected a breakfast in the morning. All that was provided were pre-packaged pastries, some toast and coffee. Other than that, the bedroom was very clean, though the bed was below average. The woman was immensely kind and I felt very safe. Decent place, though not worth the $70 I spent.
