When we arrived they insisted that we had not booked anything, even when we brought out our internet confirmation. They said they didn't care what the internet said and would not honor the booking. They only let us stay when we agreed to pay TWICE the agreed upon amount. No one could speak english and we had to talk on the phone to the manager who never actually came around. The room was great though.
