Chelsea International Hostel in New York City, United States

I was traveling to NY on a budget, and knew that my stay at a hostel was not going to be as good as a hotel. When I got to chelsea international, I was pleasantly surprised. Although it was not as great as a hotel, the place was clean, superb location (i walked to time square, rockefeller, empire state) and friendly and helpful staff. The free breakfast every morning was also a big plus, since food can cost quite a bit in NY. Good location, nice breakfast, nice courtyard, kitchen and fridge were handy,the rooms are very small but there are lockers in the room. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. laura, from Italy ~ 28th Oct 2009
