Best Hostel ever! The staff was really nice upgrading me! The location is great, few blocks from downtown, the malls, subway line and buses! In the neighborhood you find groceries stores and fast food also. I highly recommend! Fabio, from Brazil ~ 9th Jan 2010

An incredible deal! A hotel-standard room for a hostel-level price. Daily room service, secure cardkey door locks, queen-sized beds. The only disadvantage is that there is a shortage of shared bathrooms. Otherwise an excellent place to stay! Daniel, from Singapore ~ 30th Dec 2009

the room was small and clean, there were no staff - or a check in desk - you have to go to the nob hill hotel around the corner. parking was a chore. (prepare 20$ a day or more) the one problem was another guest kept trying to get in our room, wanting to take things that belonged to the guest in our room that was not part of our party. i was really satisfied with this hostel- the location is good (it's easy to catch a cable car or bus from there), they have a microwave in the hallway so you can prepare yourself a cheap dinner, there's a laundry room where you can wash your clothes for a dollar and yep, it's good :) the rooms are really small, but seriously, the only time you spend there is when you sleep, so that's fine :) Elisabeth, from Austria ~ 14th Aug 2009

reception is very poor. It is located in another building and has quite a mess it all reservations etc. Actually it was good for us as we received private room instead of 4-bed dorm, but the whole check-in took 2 hours.
