Good central location, and nice staff. Bit of advice: it's very hot in the summer, and the rooms didn't have any cooling, so we had to leave the windows open. Unfortunately, the hostel is next to a busy street, so you could hear people on the street until very early in the morning. But if you invest in some earplugs, you'll be fine. Also, a lot of the people kept to themselves, so if you're looking to meet some new people, this might not be the best place to stay.

Gaudi was pretty cool. The rules were kind of strict thought, like no Internet after 11 pm, and everytime we came in at night our lights were off in our hostel room. The rooms were very clean, but the bathrooms were not as clean. The location is great though. Right next to Las Ramblas!

I stayed for 4 days in a 2 bd mixed room and my stay was great. The bathrooms were always clean and the room was very secure. The staff was pretty friendly and they didn't complain about us drinking some beer/wine in the dining room. Internet was free and there was kitchen if you wanted to cook. Some people that were staying in the hostel were kind of cliquish while others were very friendly and easy to talk to. I would definitely stay here again as you can't beat the location! The only thing is

Great location off Las Ramblas with easy access to Gothic Quarter and subway. Very secure and always felt safe. Could have a little cleaner bathrooms but overall good facilities.
