Honestly, one of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at. I've been many places in America and Europe and stayed at many hostels and I was constantly suprised at how great HI Chicago was. The blond women at the checkout/in counter and the older gentlemen in the information area were very good. They were kind and helpful. However, other staff were a bit cold and difficult to deal with. Ayaka, from USA ~ 19th Nov 2009
