In my 72years I have travelled the world and this hotel is the best that I have experienced anywhere.on all accounts it is amazing. A five star hotel with a one star cost. All the staff are warm, f4iendly and extremeely helpful. This place is slightly overpriced, and they charged me 15 bucks for an airport pickup - most other hotels charge 10. The location is good if you want something between the center of the old town and the museums, but in my opinion it isn't close enough to either. You'd be better off going to the center of the old town right by the lake where there are dozens of hostels just as nice for a little less money. Carl, from USA ~ 26th Feb 2010

You will not meet a nicer staff that here! They were really welcoming and helpful. They even have room service! My only complaint was my room. I had ants and was super super small. I would definitely stay here again though Shawn, from USA ~ 27th Feb 2010

Great place to stay in!! Staff is friendly and helpful, always with a welcoming smile on their faces. They help us to get tickets and even came with us to thebus station in our last day 'cose we were a bit late... Very clean an well located. They provide a great map with indications. Free airport pick up was great. On arrival there was some mess up with the rooms, trying to stuff me in a room, that was not a booked "Deluxe" room. After complaining, the given room was as booked, and quiet. Not all of the announced features were available/included, like free water, security lockers or tea making facilities. Honestly, this is the best hostel I have stayed in since my travels started...well bar one...but that was in china and it had a bar....The staff here are super friendly...free breakfast (if you manage to wake up for it) and they clean your room every day with fresh towels and fresh duvets...been here like 5 days now, would come back here on my next visit. This was probably the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were so very driendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed 2 nights initially and because of our early arrival on the first day, they gave us breakfast, even though we should have been only entitled to breakfast from the next day.
