I strongly recommend this place, especially for the staff who are absolutely amazing. Especially Joyce who helped me loads and also the amazing tour guide Jia Jia who knew so much about the Terracotta warriors.

The best ever Youth Hostel I have been, staff really helpul, room clean...and above all it's really cheap and and well located....what more could I say? Go for it!

The location of the hostel is excellent. The staff were friendly and always gave you advice on how to get to places the cheapest way, they even sent me directly to the train station because they would charge me a commission if they bought the tickets for me. The girl even wrote in chinese the type of ticket I needed.

The staff is the most helpful staff I've come across in any hostel all over China. They're very friendly and someone is always available. They also help carry up bags, which is sooo nice!

This place is really well located, just near the Muslim area where you can go by walk.
The staff is very nice, english speaking, and do his best to help you and make your stay enjoyable(train reservation, free pick up at train station, tourism information,...).
They also propose tours that are not expensive, nice and convenient for non chinese speaking people.
I just had a very nice time there!

We had a wonderful time in Xi'an, despite the fact that one of us got really sick the second day. I couldn't have been happier with the staff; they were wonderful and helpful with our many requests and questions. Also, the resident golden retriever Tang Tang was a big, sweet cutie. The panda tour was AMAZING when we went on July 2, 2008. We were literally a foot away from one of the pandas and got to feed him bamboo. The rest of the wildlife reserve was great as well. We didn't have an off

The staff here are great. Really helpful and happy to help you with anything. The dorms and pretty good for what you pay (just remember to turn on the air conditioning when it's hot). The restaurant is a bit pricy but the food is really good and so convenient. Location is great with public transport right outside. My friend and I wen't on their organised tour of the Terracotta Warriors and it was great.
