Loved this place--we stayed here at the end of a four-city "tour" and it was by far the best hotel of the trip.

The only problem was not being able to sleep at night due to the noise of people outside. I thought the air conditioning was excellent. The gentleman on the desk was extremely helpful to us and the hotel was a pleasure to stay in.

It was a nice place to stay, but Madrid sucks in general. Go to Barcelona. Or, if you already have a ticket for Madrid, just go to Toledo.

What can I say... I would stay there again anytime! Not fancy, not special in any way, just clean, great location and a friendly staff. I had a single room, which suited me just fine!
