I was pretty disappointed with the lack of help I got from the staff. There was not much initiation on arrival, useful things such as wifi passwords, towel hire, general things the staff should go through when a new person arrives and NO MAP! It's so hard to get around a city without one and they didn't offer any advice on where to get one. The man with long dreadlocks was nice, but the other two staff members unhelpful. It was a good area of town.The buzzing from the door at night could be a little annoying, but I was at the far room so it didn't bother me too much.I didn't see any "luggage storage" as hostels.com mentions, in less the floor next to the bed is what they mean.Also there is no TV at all (which I don't mind, but another misconception from hostels.com).My computer for whatever reason didn't pick up the wifi signal there, but other people's did so I blame my computer on that even tho it works at Dustin, from USA ~ 23rd Jun 2011

Overall it was a great experience.the bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.The only complaint is the buzzer, too loud and it has to be used in order to get inside the hostel. juan, from Mexico ~ 24th Feb 2011

PROS: Close to the Chapultepec area (Museum of Anthropology etc.) and Metro station. Small hostel, so very sociable. CONS: The rules on smoking and drinking here are not well defined, some days the balcony was OK, some days not. No keys - you have to press a buzzer to be let in. Bathroom and Kitchen in need to some repair. Overall, not a bad hostel but not great either. If you are looking for something small outside of the city Centre this place will do for a few nights.
