Hotel Chuo was close to the JR line which was very convenient, however the neighbourhood was a bit seedy. The rooms were small but clean.

Cheap budget hotel if you're in Osaka. You're pretty much within walking distance to most of the tourist sites. However the bad parts include the tatami smell of the rooms if you're not used to it and the 12:30 am curfew which can be really troublesome.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, with easy access to Kansai International Airport and several types of public transportation. Many eateries and a department store just within walking distance.
