The staff was great and helpful! The accomodations were clean and well cared for. A sense of casual, easy and fun--yet professional--relations was evident. The cappuccino's were excellent!

After reading the previous feedbacks we weren't expecting much, but turned out it was ok.
Staff was helpful although not the very welcoming-friendly type of Italian.
Room and toilet was clean, although there was no formal shower area in the bathroom.
only i thing i dislike: i can smell cigarette smokes at night..don't know if it is from outside the street or nextdoor.

I had a good time in hotel Verona.breakfast is very good,rooms are clean and staff is ok ass well.hotel has a very good location, it's 2 minutes from metro station or about 30 minutes from the main center.you can try with it

Very old and cold rooms. First impression - is that the owners are trying to save money on everything - the conditions in rooms are poor, the bathroom is horrible, the TVs are very old.
What was good - is cappuccino on breakfast.
I would not recommend staying there, at least until they've done some upkeep of the rooms.

Be careful when you choose this hostel for 2 reasons: firstly, it doesn't have an elevator, so, if you have a heavy luggage it might be complicated to climb the many stairs to reach the reception; secondly,I canceled 1 night before I go, and if I didn´t print the paper of the cancelation, they would force me to pay 1 extra night.
The rooms are clean but the windows locks were broken, so I couldn´t close.The breakfast is very poor. I DON´T RECOMMEND THIS HOSTEL!!!

The Twinroom was very nice and felt almost like a hotel room. Our own toilet and shower, balkony (!), Tv and very high roof. The staff was very nice friendly. Verona is quite small and you don't wonna "hang-out" in there way to small commonroom. But why would you wonna remain at your hostel when you are in MILANO?!
