The hostel is amazing. Clean and safe and in the best place of the city. The only problem is that it is a litlle bit expensive to a hostel with no bathrooms ensuite. But that wasn't a problem for real because the bathrooms are very clean too and I had no problems when I wanted to use it. That's it. Very recomendable. Rafael Norberto, from Brazil ~ 9th Jun 2009

Very nice place. A bit hard to find the first time, quite a small sign. Easy stroll to nearby pre-Incan ruins and a major commercial area. The upstairs hallways are open air, ie no roof. My computer couldn't pick up a wireless signal in my room, but there were two somewhat slow computers in the lobby. My room was lit from the street and had a fair bit of traffic noise, so light sleepers might have a tough time getting to sleep. Nice breakfast provided. I'd stay there again anytime. pass this one by ---charged for EVERYTHING --some i did not receive --poor attitude ---very, very, expensive for what i received ---comfort minimal ---extra for air condition --extra for television ---internet free and ok --over all bad experience ---
Some of our rooms have Air Conditioning, some of them have cable TV, some dont, but we never charge for these free extra services as you are trying to point.... Sorry you couldnt catch any of these extra comfy rooms, but its only a matter of luck. Dont know any hostel with such 5 star hotel delicacies as ours. Sorry for that...

when we arrived they said there was no more room available despite our reservation on line. luckily the gave as the last room they had and I had to share a twin bed with my partner.
you had to share a "twin bed room" that is completele different, and that is more than you booked and expected for the price.
