Hotel Santuario del Inka in Gran Canaria, Peru

I booked one night in this Hotel, and paid for twice! And they said I didn´t! First, I passed my debit card and the machine "did not work", so we paid in cash. Ok, we went to Machu Picchu, and in the other day, when I checked my account there was the debit. I explain, I asked them to cancel, they said they would send an email to me confirming that they did not receive the money for me so I could try to solve with my bank, but they never did.
