Kruger View Lodge for Backpackers in Kruger Park, South Africa

Nice appearance and character but if you've chosen not to stay in a dorm, you are placed in some kind of portacabin with a bed as the only piece of furniture and you are being locked out of the hostel and all facilities between 10 and 11pm until morning. Furthermore, after a while the electricity will be switched off for the night. So not even reading your book is permitted!

Hi Egbert We do have many accommodation options from dorms to cabins to ensuite doubles, twins or family rooms. You chose to book the cabins which are comfortable budget rooms in which the only time the electricity is off is if there is a power outage. Why did you not voice your concerns to us, we are always pleased to help in any way possible. Dave
