This place was great, great location, clean rooms, air conditioning, and the nicest, and friendliest staff around! Highly recommended for sure!

If you want a nice clean cheap place with a terrific airconditioner good beds and a very friendly host, stay in Kusalo guesthouse near the center of Dubrovnik. A taxi from the old town to the guesthouse costs 40-50 Kune. Cheap! The buses also run all the time. Just go down to the mainstreet and wait for a couple of minutes, or jump on right at the old town. The place is also very nice and quiet.Katarina also offers you nice coffe and sometimes bisquites as well. She is very friendly and helpful

The directions were not so great, if you say the lane is opposite the bank, not directly next to it, that would be more helpful. We had a lovely time, thank-you

We were greeted with a cup of coffee when we arrived at 10.30 pm on the first night. A week later we returned for a further four days and were made very welcome. The central but quiet location was ideal for us as we spent most of our time walking around Dubrovnik and Old Dubrovnik. Anyone looking for a restful few days in a room within a comfortable family home could not go past this accommodation. Rosemary & Robert Mann - Australia
