They deserve 300% instead of 100%. After staying in dozens of hostels around the world, I have to say these were the nicest people, and the best place in every way. Very deserving of their solid reputation, they show how simple it can all be when it come to giving a great experience. Other hostels should take note. Douglas, from USA ~ 24th Nov 2009

This place is as gorgeous as reported and has almost everything going for it. One thing to note, on nights where they're cooking...there's really no room to move in the kitchen and it's impossible to cook for yourself. Go early or late. Tom, from USA ~ 16th Nov 2009

it was the best hostel i've ever been. Stylish, friendly, extreamly clean. It's located really in the centre of Lisbona, u have free internet access...and the best of it, is the serving at breakfast, from a kindly servant who also washes the dishes...i can recommend it to everyone! carmelina, from Italy ~ 13th Oct 2009

Amazing hostel! Everything was wonderful, clean, nice, and friendly. Only problem was that there was no air conditioning, but there were fans in the rooms so it wasnt that bad. Close to DIA supermarket (go there)! Richard, from Canada ~ 5th Jul 2009

don't get me wrong, this is still a fabulous choice - it's right in the thick of things between the Rossio and the water (although I prefer the location of their other hostel, the Living Lounge, on a quieter side street), breakfast is included, internet's free with wifi, etc. however, it just doesn't quite pull off the same *style* as the Living Lounge and so ends up feeling like a first draft of that lodging. e.g. compared to Living Lounge the layout in the common areas is less of a "shotgun" Mason, from USA ~ 5th May 2009
