June was the best hostess ever! She showed us all the cool bars in town and even came out for a few drinks with us. It is a really great and clean little hostel and June even makes the beds for you instead of just handing you a pile of sheets! Highly recommended.

My two friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lollipop Hostel in Maribor. June, who runs the hostel, not only gave us great recommendations on activities, restaurants, and sights in Marbor, but she also took us on a pub crawl the day we arrived, along with some other hostel goers. The spunky British ex-pat really made us feel more like houseguests than people staying at a hostel. I can't imagine staying anywhere else if you wanted to see Maribor.
