This hostel is in a strange building - the bottom floor is a bank. It is a square, Communist-style building with a big central stairwell that the hostel has converted into a bar (with very cheap drinks), which was very popular. There is also a neat sitting room and a few free computers and free wifi. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the front desk sold a few handy toiletries and things.
