we had a private room which was very clean. it had however NO ac and NO tv, which is quite unusual for the u.s. the hostel is very close to the chinese theater and the subway, but to get to the beach it takes more than an hour by subway and bus!

i never see a hostel bad like their,the first day when i arrived there,the front desk who from MC is so bad,he ask me do u wanna go up stair and talk with me 10min,it's crazy!
and their don't have breakfast ,wireless is $5 ,no luggage room ,no phonecard,they don't have anything!
and when a go to the room,my roommate told me they(2 guys)ask every girls!

We appreciate this hostel so much especially on house and room style. This place is white house with garden in front. Her private rooms are clean and secure. Many available restrooms are provided. Even many guests are there but waiting time is quiet short.
Otherwise, it locates on Hollywood Avenue. There are superstore, shopping center and subway station nearby. Only 5 minutes by walking, it’s cool!

it was nice place to stay. at the begining it was a little bit scary, because this house is quite old. Room for 2 person, was quite big- double bed. Bathrooms are very small !!! but quite clean. Menager was very helpful and this hostel is very close to Hollywood Blvd - WALK OF FAME- about 2 minutes. So this hostel is ok to stay, but not for so long...

Have stayed in many hostels around the world and this wasn´t memorable. Location is fantastic though, literally around the corner from Kodak Theatre. Remember to bring your flipflops into the shower and don´t expect to want to keep or cook anything in the kitchen!

A little difficult to find without an address, but otherwise a very nice hostel. Very safe, nice location.

For those of you looking for it... The house is just behind the Chinese theater, its white mansion, with a big front yard and lots of trees. Its about half way down N Orange drive between Franklin and Hollywood blvd. Feel free to call us if you can't find it! It also a block away from the subway, 2 blocks from sunset, and a stones throw from the walk of fame!

This place is right in Hollywood and really is 2 min walk to the walk of fame.Downstairs can be noisy as the tv and kitchen are there,you don`t get much sleep.
