It was a really nice experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms pleasant: large and bright. However the beds were broken, with holes on the wood. As for the location, it was realy close to the city center, with several bars, restaurants and even a mall next to it. The price is fantastic and the conditions very good. I really recomend it! An average party-hostel. Noisy and not so clean. We stayed at the non-renovated 3rd floor, showers were old, there was no dressing-room in there, toiletseats were broken and it smelled odd. It was difficult to sleep because of the creaking bunkbeds and the voices from the hall. Internet did'n work, neither wifi or the computers in common room!! Our group of 4 had a mixed experience at this hostel having stayed here 2 of 3 nights on a weekend trip.We booked Patio due to is good reviews, location and cycle hire facilities (we wanted to hire 4 bikes to cycle the Danube to Vienna). However, on arriving for our first night the welcome from the guy at reception was quite sulky and unfriendly, which created a bit of an awkward atmosphere.When we enquired about good bars etc it appeared a chore for them. Heti hostelliin tullessamme hostellin työntekijä suositteli meille mitä kannattaa tehdä ja missä kannattaa käydä. Illalla hostellissa järjestettiin yhteiset grillijuhlat johon kaikki olivat tervetulleita. porukalla söimme ja vietimme iltaa, jonka jälkeen lähdimme oppaamme johdolla Bratislavan yöelämään.
