Especially the staff very nice, helpful, managed to assist me on the places of interest, local foods at saigon..
The only thing that i really dissappointed was room that they provided, air-cond not cold enough, telephone is broken, stayed for 4 nights at the high floor room have to climb everyday..

Staff were very friendly and eager to help, location was excellent and the rooms, although small, were very clean and fairly good value. Free internet was also good!

Kindly advise you that our Double bed room with 1 double bed can fit for 2 people but we also have Twin room with 2 beds and bigger size of room if you request.

Overall, we had a very good stay at Redson Hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is on a quiet street so we had restful nights. Sister Yen and Brother Thanh (staffs)were so warm and very helpful. Brother Thanh was especially resourceful as he assisted us with many things. Both have a good command of the english language and we had a great time conversing with them. We would recommend this mini budget hotel to any traveller.

I gave the owner of the hotel 2 dollars to give to the guard as tip. The next day, the guard told me that he only received one dollar from the owner. I confronted the owner, and she denied it. I didn't not enjoy my stay, and I don't think the owner was honnest

Only the boss knows how to speak English, so you might have a problem with that if a bunch of people are asking for her advice. Overall, the staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would def. come again :D

Its a very good hostel in the backpacker area. The staff is great and helps you to find your way around the city and book buses and tours. We enjoyed our stay there! I would definatly recomend it!

Very clean place! the Check in Procedure is too long, such a long form to fill in by the guest themselves!

Normally, our staffs help the guests to fill details in the form but sometimes a few guests are not ready to give their passport to our staffs and they want to do check-in procedure by themselves.
Maybe, you did not ask any help from our staffs for this matter.
